Do you sit in a cubicle all day? If you do, this 3 minute cubicle workout will get you moving and avoid feeling guilty about not having time to get a workout in during the day. This is low impact but guaranteed to get your heart rate pumping.
Repeat this workout series 3 to 4 times during the day while you are at work. Don’t worry, you won’t look silly. People really won’t be able to tell what you are doing. It’s mainly your legs you will be working while sitting down. You can stand up to do the calf raises to get more of a burn.
